As a Director of Finance, you will play a key role in the development of the company.
You will ensure the efficient operation of the full accounting cycle, coordinate the annual budget planning process, periodically monitor results, identify variances and recommend concrete actions to ensure profitability. 


You will prepare the financial statements, analyze the results and submit them to the management committee and ensure compliance with the company's tax obligations. 


In addition, you will maintain an efficient team structure and dynamic, supervise the accounting staff, implement internal control processes and ensure compliance. 


You will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of the ERP system as well as developing reports and performance indicators. 


In addition, you will advise management and managers, provide them with practical tools and improve cost price analysis, product profitability and operational efficiency tools.


You will be responsible for producing and analyzing reports on financial data, productivity and efficiency, resource management and utilization and inventory. You will be the liaison with the external auditing firm and will prepare for board meetings.


Finally, you will manage the general administration of the office as well as the IT component.

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the management of the complete accounting and financial cycle who wishes to be a real business partner in all operations. We are looking for a strategic and hands on manager who is able to move easily from one file to another (intrapreneur). This person will have to be able to manage risks and support the transition of the company's digital shift with a continuous improvement approach in IT (very Excel at this time), processes and controls. The desired candidate will be a good negotiator and have good costing skills in a high volume, low margin environment. Experience in financing negotiations is desirable.
