Description

Our client, a dynamic and growing company in the manufacturing sector, is looking for a Project Controller to supervise and optimize the financial follow-up of large-scale projects. You will report directly to a finance director with a participative management style, as well as to a friendly, approachable manager already placed by Cielo. The position is a hybrid, offering a balance of telecommuting and on-site presence to oversee project progress and work with operational teams. The management style is participative, and you will have wide latitude to implement and adjust financial processes to improve project profitability.

As Project Controller, you will be responsible for the financial management of projects, from the bidding phase through to invoicing. You will monitor actual costs against estimates, and carry out profitability analyses for each project. You will develop advanced analysis tools on Excel and Power BI, while updating data in the Business Central system. You will also be involved in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring that project-related financial data is properly integrated into the ERP system.

Profile

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 5 years' experience in project financial management, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Experience with ERP systems is essential, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong analytical and business acumen. 

The Project Controller must be an excellent communicator, able to popularize complex financial concepts and work collaboratively with teams to optimize project profitability. They must also be able to manage changing priorities and adapt quickly to unforeseen situations.
