As Corporate Controller, you will establish, assess, and implement uniform policies, procedures, and financial systems across all business units. You will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, while also producing profitability and management reports for senior leadership.
You will implement effective management procedures and the key performance indicators needed to ensure strong operational oversight, with particular attention to consistent application across all locations. You will oversee the consolidated budgeting process, performance analysis, budget adjustments, and reforecasting exercises.
Your responsibilities will also include coordinating financial audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls, including strict adherence to the delegation of authority matrix. You will play an active role in the development and optimization of ERP systems, working closely with both IT and operational teams. In addition, you will manage financial flows between the group’s various entities in collaboration with corporate finance, while also overseeing the insurance portfolio.
You will lead the finance team, manage payroll administration for the executive group, and contribute to organizational risk assessments. Lastly, you will play a key role in cash management, developing currency hedging strategies, and analyzing product profitability as well as new business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.

A bilingual CPA with a minimum of 10 years of experience—ideally in a manufacturing environment—and in-depth knowledge of accounting standards and principles, enabling you to fully assume your responsibilities and earn the trust of external auditors. The ideal candidate is proficient in ERP systems.
As Corporate Controller, you are pragmatic and able to adapt to the company’s specific goals and constraints, with a strong action-oriented mindset. You have the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with various departments and external partners. Your capacity to manage diverse topics, your excellent organizational skills, and your agility in the face of change are key assets.
