As Director, Business Relations, you will act as an advisor to your client companies in permanent, temporary or consulting mandates. You will be responsible for the development of your accounts and the internal advancement of the mandates you manage from the analyst level to the CFO level. You will develop long-term business partnerships with both your client companies and candidates through your ability to listen and understand the needs and expectations of both parties. In addition, you will plan and coordinate the hiring process with your clients -- from interviews to pre-hire screening and post-hire follow-up -- in collaboration with your colleagues, the recruitment consultants. In terms of organizational structure, you will report to the President and the Director of Operations.

University degree in a relevant specialization, bilingualism, a minimum of 3 to 7 years experience in recruitment or at least 5 years in recruitment and related fields (sales, account development). The Director, Business Relations must inspire confidence and have good influencing skills in order to advise clients in the best possible client/candidate/consultant combination for both permanent and consulting mandates. The ideal candidate is organized, autonomous, knows how to manage priorities effectively and masters the notion of confidentiality. Finally, the candidate must have good adaptation, writing and communication skills.
