If you want to get involved in the renewable energy sector, we have the opportunity for you! For a fast growing SME in the financial services industry, you will work as a Compliance Analyst. You will have the chance to work in a dynamic and agile environment, where teamwork and communication are emphasized. Each member of the team is important and valued. You will report to a friendly, team player manager who is an expert in compliance and for whom collaboration is very important. The position is currently offered in hybrid mode.



As a compliance analyst, you will update the compliance manual and related policies / procedures for the various asset management platforms across the organization.


You will also implement and maintain the compliance program across the organization, which includes training, compliance monitoring, follow-up and testing to ensure ongoing compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.


Moreover, you will support the investment team with respect to offering of fund products and trading in equities and derivatives, including compliance with regulatory requirements.


You will also ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including securities regulations for portfolio managers and AML and coordinate responses during regulatory requests, audits, surveys, inquiries and reviews.


Furthermore, you will be responsible to support the review and approval of new financial products, services and strategies by ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.


You will also support the review of all marketing materials and investor communications (including reports) for compliance with regulatory requirements. Finally, you will assist with the implementation of an ESG investment and reporting framework.


Bilingual CPA (asset if auditor) with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a firm or financial services, with a very advanced level of Excel. Experience in risk management and compliance is a strong asset and experience in investments is also an asset. The ideal candidate will be thorough, meticulous and have a proven ability to work in a fast-paced, professional and challenging environment.
