As Director of Finance & Administration, you will be responsible for defining and supervising the organization's budgetary process and contributing to the development of financial strategies. You will ensure their implementation and measure their impact in order to optimize the company's business model. In addition, you will develop and monitor the company's performance indicators, ensure the effectiveness of the internal controls in place and ensure compliance with all operational processes related to finance and administration in support of the organization's efficiency. You will actively support management in the effective use of budget tracking tools and contribute to the preparation of funding applications, grants and various agreements. Your role will allow you to contribute your financial expertise to decisions related to workforce planning, compensation and other aspects of human resources and organizational development. In addition, you will manage all general accounting and financial activities, oversee payroll and negotiate group insurance and simplified pension plan contracts. You will prudently invest the organization's reserve fund assets under the supervision of the Finance Committee. Moreover, you will plan strategic investments in IT infrastructure and office space necessary for the organization to function effectively in the hybrid work environment and direct resources dedicated to the proper functioning and optimal operation of the organization's IT infrastructure. Finally, you will play a key role in the development and implementation, in the short and medium term, of solutions to meet the organization's needs in terms of workspace and group hosting.

Bilingual candidate with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (asset if in NPO) and an advanced level of Excel. We are looking for a persuasive communicator who will be able to manage risk and demonstrate leadership, particularly in change management. He/she will be a team player, tactful and diplomatic, with the ability to turn constraints into opportunities.
