Our client, a global energy SME with a great green mission, among the leaders in its field and established for several decades, is looking for a Cost Analyst. You will report to the Finance Director, who is very knowledgeable and likes to coach and keep his door open. Cielo also knows the CFO very well having placed him within the company. The position is partially offered remotely.



As a Cost Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing costs, participating in the production and analysis of annual budgets and management reports for decision making. In addition, you will ensure the accuracy of costs and the integrity of data in the system, analyze profit margins and explain variances by product and customer. In addition, you will participate in the price list update process, perform and maintain inventory, analyze inventory discrepancies, transaction accuracy in the ERP system and obsolescence. You will also be responsible for analyzing various performance indicators, according to management's needs. Finally, your role will allow you to detect opportunities for improvement and propose their application in addition to executing several special projects.


Bilingual CPA (or pending) with a minimum of 3 years experience in a small or large company, with a good knowledge of databases, operations management and the accounting cycle. We are looking for a good communicator who will be able to write complete reports to follow up on accounting. This person must have a normal level of Excel and have good communication skills both written and oral. We are looking for an honest, autonomous, rigorous and diligent team player who will be able to manage several files at the same time.
