As Controller, you will be the key financial resource for the entire division, supporting and advising the Executive Committee in its day-to-day operations.


You'll manage day-to-day operational accounting activities (full accounting cycle), participate in the preparation of the division's monthly financial statements, and analyze results and financial performance indicators.


In addition, you will reconcile sales and various balance sheet items, and produce and distribute weekly financial forecasts to division members.


You will also act as business partner for weekly operations, participate in the budget process, analyze profitability and costing, and participate in the customer quotation process.


You will also closely monitor accounts receivable and work-in-progress invoicing, and optimize internal control processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.


Finally, you will participate in special projects (acquisitions, etc.) and perform other related tasks.


Bilingual (functional level) CPA (or pending) with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with an excellent command of Excel and a good ability to analyze and improve business processes. We are looking for a dynamic, methodical candidate with a proactive attitude towards the collection and validation of financial information. They will be autonomous, have initiative, a sense of responsibility and business acumen, as well as excellent management of priorities.
