As a Senior Analyst, Corporate Development, you will be responsible for modeling and forecasting financial projections for potential acquisitions.
You will conduct market research and identify potential acquisition targets, analyze financial statements and conduct due diligence on potential targets.
Moreover, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting financial analyses and recommendations to senior management. You will also participate in negotiations with potential acquisition targets and assist in the development and execution of acquisition strategies.
In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance and operations, to support acquisition activities. You will also keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Perfectly bilingual CPA and/or M.Sc. Finance and/or CFA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in the M&A process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, master modeling, business valuations and financial forecasting. We are looking for a senior analyst who is familiar with legal and regulatory requirements for M&A as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in both official languages. This individual will have the ability to work independently (build own position), manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability is required.
