This position is currently offered in hybrid mode. 


As a Controller, Product Development, you will prepare various reports and monthly reports to support the Product Development Team (PDT) in making decisions and tracking their costs. You will have the challenge of linking expenses to the program schedule.


You will also be responsible for tracking the financial performance of the various projects, ensuring the alignment of certain reports and participating in various monthly reviews.


In addition, you will need to understand the major development projects and evaluate their financial performance. 


You will plan and execute the financial planning cycle of the different PDTs (forecast and budget) and propose improvements in the processes allowing a better adherence to the forecasts.


Finally, you will act as a business partner by supporting the PDT in any initiative requiring financial support.

Bilingual CPA candidate (or pending) with a minimum of 3 years of experience in management accounting (project/WIP mode) who understands the challenges of large organizations. We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of complex processes, strong Excel skills and an excellent mastery of the budget process. The candidate must be dynamic, organized, rigorous, bright, results-oriented and a team player. Industry experience is an asset.
