A growing SME in the retail industry is looking for a management accounting specialist to join their team. This young company is dynamic and growing by acquisitions. You will report to a highly valued manager who is autonomous and an excellent communicator. In addition to having beautiful offices and a wellness program, the company is very dynamic. As a Management Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for actively participating in the month-end process and financial statements. In addition, you will analyze the results versus the annual budget and the previous year's budget. You will also manage the annual agreements of major clients and prepare various monthly reports for management. Moreover, you will conduct analyses of balance sheet items and cost prices and actively participate in the budget process. Finally, you will have the opportunity to participate in special mandates such as the implementation of tools or systems.

Bilingual candidate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis with an excellent command of Excel, with good problem solving skills and good analytical reasoning. We are looking for an autonomous candidate with a good sense of responsibility, a good ability to adapt to changes and a quick turnaround time. The person who will be hired must be proactive and motivated. A CPA designation is an asset.
