Our client, an international SME in the manufacturing and entertainment industry, with major innovative projects, is looking for a consultant to act as Accounting and Finance Manager. The organization is growing through acquisitions, and has a vision of speed of execution and absence of bureaucracy. You'll report directly to a flexible VP Finance with a coaching approach. sYou'll have the opportunity to work in a great company that's moving fast and doing very well financially. This position will give you a lot of visibility, as you'll be in direct contact with the VP Finance. The position is partially offered remotely.



As Accounting and Finance Manager, your challenge will be to review the finance function to prepare for the company's future.


You will take charge of year-end and analyze financial results, variances, trends and financial ratios to assess the company's financial performance.


You will be responsible for overseeing accounting management, maintaining and reviewing the group transfer pricing policy, and coordinating inter-company transactions.


In addition, you will prepare and write financial reports for internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with other departments to develop budgets and financial forecasts.


You will be responsible for group treasury management and forecasting, as well as managing the accounting and finance team.


In addition, you will coordinate the external auditor's audit process and contribute to the preparation of funding and grant applications to various funding and financial organizations.


Finally, you will develop and implement accounting policies and procedures in line with applicable accounting standards.


Perfectly bilingual candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in similar roles, and who has a very advanced level of Excel as well as in a fast-growing SME environment. We are looking for a creative, meticulous and organized candidate with supervisory experience and team coaching. He/she should be a good communicator and have the ability to popularize accounting information.
