Description

Our client, a growing SME in the construction sector, is looking for a Financial Analyst. You will report to a controller who is very involved, respectful and very appreciated by her teams. This is a great opportunity to work in a human and family business and to contribute to its growth by being part of the restructuring of its accounting and finance department. The position is partially offered remotely.

As a Financial Analyst, you will participate in month-end work, the production of financial statements, tax follow-ups and the preparation of rebillings for salaries and other expenses. In addition, you will perform reconciliations of sub-ledgers, receivables and inter-company accounts with the project team. You will also perform bank reconciliations, follow up on inter-company chargebacks and help prepare the cash flow. Finally, you will participate in the continuous improvement of the accounting processes and systems and perform any other related tasks related to the position.

Profile

CPA (or pending) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including experience in the construction sector (asset). We are looking for someone who has a good sense of synthesis, good analytical and problem solving skills as well as an excellent sense of responsibility. The candidate must be able to work well in a team and adapt to changes. The candidate must be able to make pivot tables in Excel.
