As a Business Analyst, you will be a liaison between the various business functions and the finance function, as well as working with end users and SMEs to understand business/functional needs and identify financial/accounting impacts. In addition, you will analyze/understand current and future business processes, provide recommendations, implement solutions/recommendations and verify if any fixes are needed. Moreover, you will be responsible for analyzing and prioritizing various business requests and needs, as well as investigating, analyzing and resolving problems or incidents related to the finance/accounting function and/or processes. You will also participate in the continuous improvement of the finance/accounting processes surrounding the technology solutions and support the data conversion activities. You will also be responsible for supporting end users, internal clients and the preparation of training material. Finally, you will maintain the documentation related to the technology solution.

Perfectly bilingual candidate with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including experience in ERP implementation, accounting, and process improvement. An advanced level of Excel is required. We are looking for an intrapreneurial and hands on candidate with good communication and organizational skills, who understands business and financial processes. He/she will be able to communicate effectively with other members of the company and work as a team. We are looking for a candidate who can act as a business partner to bridge the gap between finance and IT and who is willing to be involved in process improvement. Having experience in the distribution industry as well as knowledge of the Workday system is a plus. Having a CPA designation is an asset.
