You'll be working as a controller, reporting directly to a VP Finance whom we know very well. She's always upbeat, people-oriented and friendly. The position is offered in hybrid mode.



As a Controller, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information by conducting a rigorous book closing process and maintaining monthly account reconciliations.

You will implement financial policies and procedures that ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company policies, and be responsible for maintaining the accounting platform and ledgers.

You will also contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process, managing cash flow on a daily basis and keeping cash flow projections up to date.

You will ensure that all sales tax returns for Canada and the U.S. are filed on time, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements for the company in Canada, the U.S. and Europe.

Finally, you will prepare consolidated financial statements on a monthly basis, coordinate the preparation of the audit file and collaborate with the external auditors.

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 5 years of experience, including a few years in SMEs, who would have experience in a firm. We're looking for an open-minded candidate who will want to believe in the company's mission and who will have a great drive. The candidate will have the chance to touch on everything, so they will need to be adaptable and resilient. The person who takes up the position will be able to adapt to a fast-moving environment with many challenges.
