For an international organization that brings together diverse groups and communities on a social mission, you will work as Finance & Administration Manager. Your manager is a leader who supports and communicates with his teams while encouraging autonomy. The company is in start-up mode, and the finance/accounting department has yet to be completely built up. If you like a challenge and are committed to social causes, this is the job for you.
You will be the accounting resource person; you will define, implement and train the team on accounting management processes.
You will also oversee the creation of an accounting and financial information management system.
In addition, you will be involved in budget production, overseeing expenses and payments.
You'll be involved in various projects, drawing up financing plans and reporting. You will also provide administrative support to general management.
CPA or similar background with a minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting, process implementation and internal controls. The ideal profile has good interpersonal and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can drive the team forward and support the organization's values. Experience in an international context is an asset.
