For a multinational environmental services company with an international presence through acquisitions, you will work as a Corporate Controller in a motivating and developmental environment. As a Corporate Controller, you will be called upon to analyze the company's operating processes, to initiate changes and to encourage a rethinking of the way things are done in order to optimize the efficiency of the processes and management systems. In addition, you will identify and implement a work structure that allows the mobilization of the workforce to achieve operational objectives. To this end, you will plan the required workforce, supervise hiring, onboarding, integration, evaluation, training and human resources development activities. You will also be responsible for all of the company's financial and accounting statements and, as an agent of change, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the finance department and also have an impact on the other departments of the company. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with banks, as well as managing liquidity and financing and overseeing risk management with the treasury team. In addition, you will oversee the preparation of the various reports and analyses requested by senior management and will be responsible for ensuring compliance and ensuring that administrative procedures meet audit control requirements. You will also be responsible for strengthening internal controls and ensuring their reliability.
Great opportunity to manage the structure of the company's accounting system by ensuring the proper functioning of the financial information systems. You will be the interface with the technology and information systems team.
Bilingual CPA (or auditor) with a minimum of 10 years experience in the manufacturing industry (or transferable), with experience in a public or private company with multi-site/multidevise and very good knowledge of Excel. Experience in team management, complex accounting and private financial statements is required. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates leadership and is motivated to grow as a business partner in a large successful company.
