Our client, a specialized company with a strong desire to grow and that is making a difference in the service and health industry, is looking for a Corporate Controller to join its ambitious team. The company is currently undergoing a major transformation as it seeks to move from private to public in the coming months. You will report to a kind, results-oriented manager who likes people who take their goals to heart.  You will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial culture. The position is currently available in person.



As a Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for managing the accounting and finance department and ensuring that the company's financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for reporting, which will include: bank reporting, preparing monthly financial statements and performing various analyses, maintaining a quarterly report, as well as producing various reports/analyses for management. In addition, you will be responsible for the development of operating budgets and budget variance analysis as well as preparing and participating in the interim and annual audit. You will also be responsible for managing various legal and insurance files. Moreover, you will supervise the assistant controller, the collection of the largest accounts receivable and the collection in general, the accounts payable and receivable and the accounting of the company's expenses. Part of your responsibilities will also include ad hoc.

Bilingual CPA or CPA Auditor with a minimum of 5 years industry experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage50. We are looking for a team player with excellent planning, organization, priority management and problem solving skills. This individual has a strong sense of responsibility, is autonomous and will take initiative. The ideal candidate has integrity, discretion, work ethic, ambition and resilience. An open mind is a quality we look for in the candidate.
