Would you like to make a difference in a highly profitable, growing SME with hundreds of projects a year? We're looking for a Finance and Administration Manager to join a dynamic team in a forward-thinking manufacturing company. You'll report directly to a friendly, approachable VP Finance with excellent communication skills. The position is offered in hybrid mode. 

In your first few months as Finance and Administration Manager, you'll handle bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, month-ends, monthly financial statements and financial analyses. You'll be responsible for setting up financial statements in ERP, as well as handling cashflow, payment management, performance indicators and inventory management.

The more your role develops over time, the more you'll be able to get involved at a strategic level. You'll be responsible for managing the corporate structure (share buy-backs, freezes, dividends) and will be involved in legal and corporate insurance matters. 

You'll be involved in IT strategy and projects, while understanding the dynamics of sales so that you can effectively manage the sales force.

You will manage representation contracts, participate in the LMS platform and in possible acquisitions / mergers / investments.

You'll also be involved in improving the budgeting process, the enterprise value matrix and tax provisions and reports.

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 8 years of experience in financial and management accounting, ideally in the manufacturing sector. We're looking for a true intrapreneurial team player, who can demonstrate leadership and rigor. He or she will have a great deal of drive, a strong sense of initiative and the ability to see future directions based on the company's profitability. He or she will be results-oriented and growth-oriented, and will be able to train team members. Good Excel skills are a must.
