As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be responsible of the strategic planning and forecasting, which will include: overseeing the monthly financial forecasting process, building relationships with cross functional business unit leaders to gain a thorough understanding of their lines of business, identifying/developing key financial drivers through analysis and collaboration with business unit leaders to deliver a data-driven financial plan. You will also support the annual corporate strategy review process by providing multi-year projections, business scenario planning, evaluation of new business initiatives, and other ad hoc analysis, in addition to supporting M&A on a recurring basis. Moreover, you will be responsible to improve actionable management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs by leveraging data and technology platforms. You will oversee and monitor monthly variance analysis and business reviews with operational teams to track overall business success, partner with the Director of Finance & Controller to execute on business changes, provide input into quarterly shareholder reporting and other ad hoc materials. In addition to producing insightful commentary and reporting to assist the decision making of financial and non-financial stakeholders, you will work through a month-end process and serve as a key finance analyst to departments. You will also assist with ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling, and special projects such as preparing internal reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making. Finally, you will show leadership by facilitating cross functional team building, be recognized internally as a subject matter expert and influence others with your expertise.
Bilingual candidate with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including management and FP&A experience with excellent analytical skills and financial understanding. An advanced level of Excel is also required. We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills, a great personality and drive. He/she will be entrepreneurial and able to explain his/her point of view. He/she will be ambitious, resourceful and motivated to make a difference and progress in a great company. Experience in the manufacturing industry and a CPA designation are assets.
