For a large and fast growing pan-Canadian company specializing in the health IT industry, you will have the opportunity to work as a deal desk manager and report to the Director of Finance. The incumbent will initially be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the proper analysis, submission and archiving of financial proposals and customer contracts in collaboration with the Sales, Operations, Product and Finance/Legal teams. You will verify the compliance of bids and contracts. You will analyze and review high value financial proposals while providing recommendations based on the applicable contract context. You will be responsible for managing the performance of the teams as well as ensuring that the teams' objectives are met. You will collaborate with other teams to reduce risk and increase value creation. 
Secondly, you will be responsible for all aspects of process improvement within the company. More specifically, you will collaborate with internal teams to implement continuous improvement processes. You will define and work to optimize work within the company. You will participate in the implementation of a new CPQ (configure, Price and Quote) system to automate and optimize the production of financial proposals. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing operational issues. You will also be a key player in the acquisition of new companies by the company. Finally, you will be the bridge between the company, internal and external customers.



Bilingual professional, 5-8 years of project accounting and management experience who is proficient in Excel and accounting software. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, demonstrates leadership, is dynamic and results oriented. A CPA designation is an asset.
