For a very reputable and fast growing SME in the service and distribution sector, you will work as a Financial Analyst Retail Division. You will report to a Finance Director who is a good listener, who has a great approach with people and who values teamwork. As a Financial Analyst Retail Division, you will coordinate the due diligence process, collaborate with the team on the financial and accounting due diligence of targets and evaluate the profitability of acquisition projects. In addition, you will evaluate the IRR for shareholders, perform a budget analysis on a post-acquisition basis and a synergy analysis on a post-acquisition basis. You will also be responsible for participating in the analysis of financial due diligence reporting requirements and project plans for the Board of Directors and the financing process. You will also work with legal counsel to prepare the final purchase documentation. You will be responsible for monthly financial presentations, setting up KPI's and tracking financial ratios, analyzing historical performance and supporting the retail systems integration process. Also, you will participate in the integration process with the support of subject matter experts, identify operational challenges, work closely with other members of the Finance and Accounting departments to drive development plans. As for administrative duties, you will monitor reports and provide proactive feedback to support teams and coordinate various business planning meetings and strategic initiatives.

Bilingual CPA (or in the process of obtaining one) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with an intermediate level of Excel. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who is knowledgeable in performance analysis and able to identify operational challenges. This individual will want to grow in their role and become involved in the company to grow. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work in a fast-paced culture and have a good collaborative spirit.
