Our client, a large international company operating in the distribution sector, you will work as a financial analyst in collaboration with the controller. Within the company, there are many benefits offered such as group insurance, pension plan and others that you could benefit from.

Within the position, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks, including preparing monthly analyses of results and comparing them to forecasts and budgets.  You will participate in the annual budget preparation process, including the consolidation and analysis of budgets and the preparation of management reports and presentations. You will collaborate on the implementation and compliance of internal control policies and the preparation of internal and external audits. In addition, you will assist the controller in the identification and implementation of key performance indicators. You will also attend meetings with operations to verify financial results. This position allows you to participate in the continuous improvement of new work tools and the improvement of procedures including the development of data visualization reports such as Power BI to present information in a credible and convincing manner.

Bilingual CPA, 7 years of experience in a similar position, with strong computer knowledge of Office Excel Power BI and ERP including good knowledge of IFRS rules. The profile sought, is autonomous, rigorous, organized, dynamic, good analytical mind, has good judgement and good communication skills, good synthesis and teamwork skills.  Experience in an accounting firm or in a retail distribution company is an asset. Industry experience is required.
