Description

For a large public company in the financial field, you will work as a business analyst in a supportive environment that is conducive to career advancement, allowing you to grow within the company. This position is offered on a telecommuting basis.

You will support the business process leaders during the implementation of new processes. You will research available application functionality to meet the business process optimization needs of our partners. You will carry out proofs of concept, prototypes of business processes and solutions, and the configuration of software packages according to well-defined processes and in accordance with the orientations established by the business or IT architects. Also, you will participate in the monitoring of new functionalities available in the accounting software packages (Oracle Financial Cloud) and you will advise the process leaders in the implementation of these functionalities. Finally, you will act as a reference for the vice-presidency, partners and also perform quality assurance on the work of less experienced competent colleagues.

Profile

Recognized professional accounting designation, minimum 5 years experience in a business analyst role. The ideal profile is resourceful, a good team player, has excellent written and oral communication skills and manages priorities. Experience in process review and continuous improvement methodology is an asset.
