For a non-profit organization, you will be the accounting and administration coordinator in a structured company where there is an excellent atmosphere and team spirit among the employees.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to perform a variety of tasks, such as managing the entire accounting cycle, including the payment of invoices, preparation of deposits and bank reconciliations. You will be responsible for monitoring petty cash receipts and disbursements and processing payroll in Nethris software. You will also be responsible for producing monthly and annual financial reports as requested by management. You will also be responsible for maintaining the inventory and purchases of computer equipment, office equipment, etc., the dues list and the database of donor accounts. Finally, you will participate in the coordination of activities and the management of fundraising events.
Bilingual candidate with a bachelor's degree in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; and experience with the Nethris payroll system (asset). The profile sought is autonomous, rigorous, with a good capacity for teamwork, good time management and priorities.
