Description

Are you looking for a role in a local business that contributes to Montreal’s economic development? We have an opportunity for you to work as a Revenue Analyst in a company within the services sector. You will report to a manager who keeps an open-door policy and is available as needed. The work environment is dynamic and stimulating. The position is offered in a hybrid format.

As a Revenue Analyst, you will assess and monitor the insolvency risk of accounts receivable, propose collection strategies, and ensure follow-up and compliance with payment agreements. You will manage security deposits according to company policies, from receipt to validation and collection, and track special agreements, including the collection of Airport Improvement Fees (AIF).

You will prepare the financial information needed for month-end close, as well as for internal and external audits, and produce various reports analyzing revenues and accounts receivable. You will participate in the implementation of technological solutions to improve account tracking, risk management, and revenue analysis, while recommending adjustments to accounting procedures, collection processes, and control systems to optimize operations.

You will ensure compliance with credit and collection standards and regulations, and may be asked to perform special studies, such as cost-benefit analyses or financial evaluations of potential clients and partners. You will also collaborate with the legal department on resolving disputed accounts and maintain diligent follow-up to protect the company’s financial interests.

Profile

Bilingual candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, with strong expertise in financial risk assessment, credit analysis, and banking document management. You stay informed of the economic and business issues specific to the industry.

Your rigor, insight, and proactivity enable you to quickly identify critical accounts and advise the relevant stakeholders. You demonstrate strong negotiation skills and adopt a professional and diplomatic approach with clients, while preparing accurate and reliable financial analysis reports.
