Description

Our client, an international company undergoing transformation in the high-tech sector, is seeking a Corporate Controller to join its finance team. In this role, you will be at the heart of monthly and annual closings, ensuring the accuracy of reporting, balance sheets, and financial analyses. You will prepare audits and manage multi-entity taxation, while strengthening internal controls and ensuring full compliance.

You will optimize financial flows, oversee accounts payable and receivable, manage collections and virtual card administration, all while maintaining rigorous cashflow monitoring. You will provide strategic support to the CFO or VP Finance through targeted analyses, international forms, and high-visibility special projects.

You will play a key role in optimizing and modernizing financial processes by automating repetitive tasks, structuring the team, and improving existing tools and systems. You will actively participate in international operations and collaborate with tech and BI teams to ensure data integration and quality, particularly within NetSuite.

You will operate in a technologically advanced, transforming environment with new strategic leadership and a strong focus on artificial intelligence. The finance team is autonomous and independent, and your role will focus on optimizing and modernizing the function without firefighting operational issues.

Profile

Bilingual CPA with significant experience in non-audit firm roles or consulting, highly proficient in Excel, and comfortable working in a multi-domain, multi-jurisdiction environment. Able to support both a CFO and a VP on a variety of high-visibility projects. Known for a collaborative mindset and team support, with a direct, no-office-politics approach and a strong focus on deadlines. Demonstrates maturity, autonomy, and the ability to manage assignments independently while integrating seamlessly into a predominantly female team.

We are looking for someone ambitious, eager to grow, and interested in both strategic support and process optimization. A strong interest in technology, artificial intelligence, and international operations is a significant asset.
