Description

Our client, a well-established and fast-growing real estate holding company managing around thirty entities in the industrial and logistics sector, is looking for a reporting director. You will join an organization with an entrepreneurial and people-focused culture, led by a creative, energetic, and project-oriented president. The environment is highly flexible, and the team is young, collaborative, and close-knit. This is a strategic role, focused on financial reporting, presentation quality, and process optimization, offering stability and long-term growth for a candidate seeking to embed themselves in a rapidly expanding company.

You will be responsible for preparing monthly internal financial statements and developing financial reporting for management, investors, and financial partners on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will work closely with external auditors on annual financial statements and tax obligations, while consolidating financial data across various projects and entities.

You will contribute to cash flow forecasting, participate in the budgeting process, and monitor budgets as well as actual project costs. You will collaborate closely with the accounting team on general ledger activities and help optimize the new integrated management and accounting system.

You will also participate in integrating new subsidiaries into the head office accounting processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures while responding to ad hoc requests from the management team.

Profile

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally in a firm, with expertise in preparing and presenting monthly financial statements. You are comfortable with multi-entity reporting and skilled in analyzing actuals versus budget, without the need to manage complex consolidations. You have strong Excel skills and enjoy analytical, precise, and detail-oriented work. As the role does not require frequent presentations, a more introverted profile is perfectly suited. You work effectively within a predominantly female team and have a strong interest in continuous process improvement. You are looking for a stable role that allows you to grow long-term and aim to become the reporting reference within the organization, rather than using it as a fast track to executive management.
