You will be responsible for developing and maintaining sales pricing structures and leading annual pricing reviews, while analyzing their impact on profitability. You will produce in-depth analyses on pricing, promotions, volumes, and mix to support strategic and commercial decision-making.
You will oversee analysts responsible for customer deductions and commercial programs, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Your mandate will include reducing losses related to non-compliant deductions and ensuring disciplined financial management of commercial programs.
You will work closely with operations to assess the profitability of product innovations and changes, while analyzing price, mix, and volume variances and providing actionable recommendations to improve product performance.
You will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes related to sales and margins, produce monthly and quarterly analyses, and contribute to financial reporting and disclosures for management and investors. You will develop and maintain high-performance analytical tools (Excel, Power BI), improve data integrity, and optimize financial processes.
You will act as a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and operations, participate in the planning of product launches and commercial initiatives, and support financial integration during acquisitions. Finally, you will lead and develop your team, optimize processes, and strengthen the finance and accounting function as a true strategic driver of the organization.
Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including several years in the retail and food industries. Experience in pricing analysis and FP&A is required. We are seeking a motivated candidate who wants to grow within a strong, stable organization and who demonstrates excellent teamwork skills. The ideal candidate shows leadership, autonomy, curiosity, and a high level of organization.
