In this role, you will actively contribute to the production of the organization’s financial information by participating in the preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements for multiple sites. You will be involved in the full month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, and the processing and elimination of intercompany transactions.

 

You will also play a key role in financial planning activities by contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will assist in the preparation of financial reports, cost analyses, and the monitoring of project profitability and progress.

 

The position also includes a strong analytical component. You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cash flow forecasts, developing performance tracking tools, and producing key metrics that support business decision-making. In collaboration with management, you will help develop and maintain dashboards and analytical tools that provide greater visibility into the company’s performance.

 

You will also contribute to financial compliance activities by participating in the preparation of the annual audit file, tax-related reports, and responses to external auditors’ requests. You will help ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information while maintaining compliance with established controls and procedures.

 

Finally, you will participate in various continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing financial processes, strengthening internal controls, and increasing operational efficiency. You will collaborate with multiple teams across the organization and contribute to special projects that have a direct impact on the company’s performance and growth.

Profile

Bilingual CPA (or CPA candidate) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis. You possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.

 

Recognized for your attention to detail and strong professional ethics, you are able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Organized and self-sufficient, you demonstrate excellent planning skills and a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, results-oriented, and driven to deliver quality work.
