In this role, you will act as a Finance Business Partner while overseeing the organization’s accounting and financial activities. Reporting to the finance leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and meaningful financial information while actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts across the business.
A significant portion of the role will focus on financial control and the month-end and year-end close processes. You will lead the full close cycle, including journal entries, payroll and related accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and the preparation and review of financial statements. You will ensure the accuracy of financial results while maintaining strong internal controls and adherence to accounting best practices.
You will also play a key role in analyzing the company’s financial performance. Responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing financial statements and key performance indicators, monitoring variances between actual results, budgets, and forecasts, and analyzing profitability by project and client. You will actively contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and the development of financial tools that support strategic decision-making.
The position also includes a strong continuous improvement component. Working closely with operational teams and IT resources, you will participate in the optimization of the ERP system and financial tools to enhance data quality, improve process efficiency, and automate financial activities. You will help develop new performance tracking tools and identify opportunities to generate additional value for the organization.
As a trusted business partner, you will collaborate closely with managers and operational teams, supporting them in financial planning, analysis, and performance-related initiatives. You will build strong relationships across the organization and provide actionable recommendations that contribute to growth and profitability.
In addition, you will be involved in tax compliance, regulatory matters, and external audits. You will prepare tax filings, manage required government remittances, coordinate audit documentation, and respond to external auditors’ requests. You will also contribute to strengthening internal controls and continuously improving financial compliance processes.

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting and financial control. You possess strong expertise in the full accounting cycle, month-end close processes, and the preparation of financial statements. Experience in a consulting firm or a professional services organization is considered a strong asset.
Recognized for your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently, you are capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You have advanced Excel skills and experience working with accounting and ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or SAP.
Proactive and collaborative, you work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and contribute to the accuracy, reliability, and quality of financial information.
