For a large, locally based international company with highly diversified operations in the manufacturing sector, you will work as a Senior Financial Analyst in a stable environment that supports professional growth. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing sales profitability and will actively participate in budgeting and sales forecasting processes, while ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely monthly reporting to management and executive teams. You will also be responsible for analyzing the impacts of exchange rate fluctuations.
With a focus on continuous improvement, you will develop decision-support tools related to key areas such as pricing, transportation, inventory, and volumes. You will ensure data integrity by identifying and correcting discrepancies at the source. You will also contribute to the automation and optimization of processes, particularly within the Order-to-Cash cycle, by working closely with IT teams.
You will act as a business partner to sales,pricing, transportation, and warehouse teams, providing analytical and strategic support for their day-to-day operations.
Finally, your time will be structured around two main areas: approximately two weeks per month dedicated to structured reporting, and the remaining two weeks focused on continuous improvement initiatives and project work.
Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting or industry as a business analyst (experience in the manufacturing sector is an asset). Advanced Excel skills and strong comfort with data cleansing are required, along with a desire to improve processes and systems.
