The role involves overseeing all financial activities of the two entities, including managing tax obligations, audits, and budgeting processes. You will work closely with production teams to monitor performance, analyze production costs, and support profitability improvements. You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting analyses, and producing reporting to support strategic decision-making.
The position also includes optimizing the financial structure, managing cash flow, negotiating bank financing, and implementing financial arrangements. You will participate in growth initiatives such as acquisitions, evaluating new business opportunities, and monitoring investments. You will also be involved in negotiations with insurers and strategic suppliers, as well as identifying and securing government grants and programs.
Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, you will actively contribute to optimizing accounting processes and implementing new technological tools to enhance efficiency and the quality of financial information. Finally, you will act as a true business partner to managers, advising and supporting them in strategic and operational decisions. Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including several years in the manufacturing sector, recognized for rigor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a true financial right-hand person with an operational profile, experienced in management accounting and costing, present on the shop floor, and able to understand production to support financial decision-making. The candidate must have proven experience in full financial management and be capable of leading an existing team. Known for your leadership and teamwork, you demonstrate high autonomy and a results-oriented, hands-on approach. You will serve as a key business partner to the President.
