As a Senior Tax Advisor, you will serve as a reference within the organization and actively contribute to the evolution of CPA professional practices. You will be responsible for coordinating technical working groups, participating in tax consultations, and supporting the planning of professional development initiatives.

 

You will assist inspectors and internal teams by responding to their questions and guiding them in their professional judgment. You will also contribute to tax monitoring (approximately 25% of the role) by providing recommendations and identifying actions to improve practices.

 

You will participate in the design, updating, and review of technical tax content in collaboration with authors, ensuring its quality and compliance with current laws. Content review and support in content production account represent roughly 75% of the tasks in this role.

 

Finally, you will represent the organization in various committees and consultations, contribute to legislative analysis, develop relationships with key stakeholders, and participate in training and knowledge-sharing activities, all aimed at supporting members and protecting the public.

Profile

Bilingual CPA with a Master's Degree in Taxation and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a tax advisor. We are seeking a professional recognized for their expertise in tax law and their ability to coordinate technical working groups. 

 

The ideal candidate stands out for their skills in mentoring, reviewing training content, and collaborating with various internal and external partners. Excellent ability to simplify concepts clearly and concisely is essential. Highly autonomous and rigorous, the person demonstrates strong professionalism, sound judgment, and excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
