As the National Director of Financial Information, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. You will ensure that financial statements comply with local and international accounting standards, ensuring that the information produced is accurate and reliable. You will also be tasked with implementing and evaluating internal controls to ensure the rigor of financial processes and prevent any discrepancies.
You will lead a finance team, ensuring its efficiency and development, while fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. You will work closely with senior management and other departments to provide relevant financial analyses that support strategic decision-making. You will also be involved in defining and executing the company's strategic plan, providing financial expertise to ensure its success.
Finally, you will manage the relationship with external auditors and oversee the smooth execution of the annual audits. You will closely monitor the evolution of accounting and tax regulations, ensuring the implementation of necessary adjustments to maintain the organization's compliance with accounting practices.

CPA with at least 10 years of experience, including time in a public accounting firm, advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, etc.), and proficiency with accounting ERP systems. We are looking for someone with experience in team management, multi-entity oversight, and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate can make data-driven decisions and support teams in making strategic choices. We seek a curious, continuous-improvement-focused professional with the ability to automate processes to optimize efficiency.
