You will be responsible for preparing and reviewing the Group’s consolidated financial statements and those of its subsidiaries in accordance with IFRS, as well as the Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. You will oversee the timely production of financial statements by coordinating accounting teams across various entities, while ensuring uniform accounting practices throughout the Group.
You will develop, communicate, and ensure the adoption of accounting policies to guarantee the rigorous and consistent application of IFRS standards across all subsidiaries. Acting as the internal technical expert, you will provide training, guidance, and support on IFRS matters. You will also analyze complex or unusual transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment and presentation in the consolidated financial statements.
You will liaise with external auditors and coordinate the entire consolidated financial statement audit process, including the follow-up and implementation of recommendations. You will actively participate in the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasting exercises in collaboration with the relevant finance teams.
You will ensure the integrity, reliability, and quality of financial data produced within the Group’s main ERP and consolidation systems, including related internal controls. In close collaboration with tax, treasury, and financial planning teams, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Profile
Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 10 years of experience, including several years in both public practice and industry, as well as experience in a multi-currency environment. Experience in the manufacturing sector is considered an asset. You bring team management experience combined with hands-on audit experience, supported by strong technical expertise in accounting, IFRS standards, and financial consolidation. Knowledge of ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, SAP, or BI tools is an asset.You demonstrate rigor, attention to detail, and initiative. Comfortable working under tight deadlines, you are able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and actively contribute to projects through collaborative leadership and a hands-on approach.
Your ability to simplify and clearly communicate financial information, analyses, and accounting standards enables you to act as a trusted business partner to teams and senior management.
