In this role, you will be responsible for all financial and management accounting activities to support decision-making across the organization. You will supervise and mentor the accounting team while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial processes.
You will oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, including budget planning, cash flow management, and the preparation and analysis of financial statements. You will also establish and maintain effective internal controls to ensure the reliability and integrity of financial information.
Proactive and driven by continuous improvement, you will actively contribute to optimizing accounting processes and implementing new technological tools to enhance efficiency and the quality of financial reporting. Finally, you will act as a true business partner to managers, advising and supporting them in both strategic and operational decisions.

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role (ideally within the retail industry), recognized for your rigor, strong organizational skills, and ability to effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Known for your leadership and team spirit, you enjoy collaborating and engaging others around common objectives. Your results-oriented approach, combined with strong analytical skills and sound judgment, enables you to confidently address financial challenges.
You demonstrate a strong interest in the continuous improvement of accounting and financial processes and are comfortable working in a context of change and modernization.
