Are you looking for a role in a financially solid, growing local business? We have the opportunity for you to work as a Financial Analyst in a strong, expanding company in the manufacturing sector. You will report to a results-oriented manager who is focused on coaching and developing her team. The work environment is dynamic and stimulating. The position is offered in a hybrid format.

As a Financial Analyst, you will evaluate the fair value of inventory monthly for each division and ensure the establishment and updating of product unit prices. You will establish and analyze standard costs versus actual costs while monitoring and supporting physical inventory counts.

You will perform various account reconciliations and analyses, including fixed assets, deferred revenue, and other key accounts, to ensure the accuracy of financial information. You will actively participate in optimizing business processes and evolving financial systems to improve the organization’s overall performance.

You will contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory financial statements in compliance with ASPE standards, collaborating closely with various departments such as Operations, Estimating, Drafting, and Engineering. You will also maintain strong relationships with external auditors to facilitate audits and follow-ups.

Profile

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 3 years of experience, including in both public accounting and industry, with experience in inventory, KPIs, and month-end close. You have advanced Excel skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate effectively with various teams and business partners.

You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your integrity, professional ethics, and impeccable sense of responsibility enable you to act as a trusted partner to the organization.
