The role involves planning, organizing, and leading all operational functions related to multi-divisional financial and managerial accounting, ensuring accurate and reliable consolidated financial reporting. Oversight of billing operations, revenue reporting, and variance analysis helps optimize the company’s financial performance, while managing payroll ensures efficient and smooth operations across teams.
Coordination and analysis of internal financial statements are performed in a timely manner to provide management with strategic and informed insights for decision-making. Budgeting and financial forecasting are proactively driven, with rigorous variance monitoring, while cash flow and intercompany currency operations management ensures the company’s financial stability and liquidity.
Continuous evaluation of accounting activities and internal control systems allows for recommendations and implementation of more efficient processes. Oversight of regulatory obligations, including tax planning and compliance, ensures the company remains compliant and its operations are secure.
