We have an opportunity for you to work as a Consolidation Analyst within a large international multinational company in the services industry. You will report to a manager well known at Cielo for her highly collaborative leadership style. Given the company’s continuous growth, the work environment is dynamic and stimulating. As a Consolidation Analyst, you will be responsible for the monthly consolidation of the various business segments and for analyzing the balance sheet, cash flow statement, and performance of each business segment.
You will also create and enhance analyses using the Power BI tool, participate in the annual budgeting process, and prepare the documentation required for quarterly reports to the Board of Directors and other external stakeholders.
In addition, you will take part in the year-end audit process and the full preparation of financial statements. You will develop and maintain profitability reports impacting minority partners, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Finally, you will ensure the proper accounting treatment of new business segments and acquisitions within the consolidation process.
Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, in public practice or industry, with strong experience in financial statements and consolidation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable consolidating multiple entities. We are looking for a self-driven professional with advanced Excel skills who is eager to grow within the company and take ownership of their role. The candidate must be able to navigate gray areas and demonstrate a high level of rigor. We are seeking a strong communicator with drive who will adapt and thrive in a fast-growing environment.
