Description

Our client, a strong and rapidly growing company with multiple business lines, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will monitor the financial and operational performance of your portfolio, analyzing occupancy levels, rental rates, NOI, and P&L variances against budgets and forecasts. Comparative and trend analyses across properties will help identify opportunities for optimization, while preparing and presenting monthly performance reviews to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will actively participate in annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting exercises, lead budget workshops with general managers, and manage monthly cash flow projections, taking into account financial forecasts, CAPEX projects, and portfolio-specific financing structures. By creating, analyzing, and updating financial models, case studies, and scenario analyses, you will support short- and long-term strategic planning.

Working closely with operational and cross-functional teams, you will support decision-making and the preparation of strategic dossiers, ensure timely and effective responses to internal and external partner requests, and contribute to continuous process improvements. You will maintain and optimize performance tracking tools, including occupancy dashboards, workforce management (EBO), and food cost monitoring, while also participating in the training and onboarding of FP&A analysts to ensure high-quality, consistent deliverables.

Profile

Perfectly bilingual CPA with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate sector, and exposure to both public accounting and industry. Coming from a background that combines firm and industry experience, you have a strong understanding of accounting and are comfortable working closely with accounting teams and external partners. Autonomous and resourceful, you do not require constant supervision and are able to manage your responsibilities end to end.
