You will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations and managing the monthly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to deadlines. You will prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly and annual financial statements, play an active role in budget preparation, and monitor financial performance. You will lead, support, and engage the accounting team to achieve objectives while fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. You will prepare the annual audit file and coordinate activities with external auditors. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to the optimization of processes and systems and collaborate closely with other departments to provide strategic financial support and help achieve organizational goals, while managing and developing your team.
Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial control, management control, or financial auditing. We are looking for someone with excellent Excel skills and a strong ability to manipulate, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data.
You stand out for your analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy, and sense of priorities. You can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines and value teamwork. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset, as is experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
