As a Senior Advisor, Organizational Performance, you will report directly to the Senior Director, a leader recognized for her collaborative approach, empowering leadership style, and the high degree of autonomy she provides to her team. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark across a vast business network and play an active role in its strategic evolution. The position is offered on a hybrid work model.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the corporate office and its various divisions, supporting continuous process improvement, strengthening the internal control environment, and advancing enterprise risk management initiatives. You will work closely with managers to identify optimization opportunities, assess risks, and implement internal controls aligned with operational needs and industry best practices.

You will participate in projects focused on enhancing organizational performance and optimizing business processes. In doing so, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, contribute to the development and implementation of improvement initiatives, and monitor the results achieved. You will also help foster a culture of control, performance, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

As a subject matter expert in internal controls, you will work closely with internal and external auditors as well as key business partners. You will prepare supporting documentation, summarize findings, and develop recommendations tailored to various audiences to support decision-making and the achievement of organizational objectives.

You will also contribute to the enterprise risk management process by supporting the identification, assessment, and monitoring of key organizational risks. In addition, you will stay abreast of industry best practices in governance, internal controls, and risk management while ensuring the effective follow-up of action plans and continuous improvement initiatives.

Finally, you will perform other related duties as required to support the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.

Profile

Bilingual professional with a minimum of five years of experience in internal audit, external audit, and/or internal controls, gained in a professional services firm, an industry setting, or a combination of both. Possessing strong expertise in business process analysis, risk management, and internal controls, this individual acts as a trusted business partner to a wide range of stakeholders. A CPA designation is considered a strong asset.

We are seeking a candidate recognized for their rigor, analytical mindset, critical thinking skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate stands out for their strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, and alignment with the organization’s values.
