You will report directly to the General Manager, a leader known for his honesty, transparency, and the respect he shows to his team members. You will thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas are valued and where every contribution has a tangible impact on the organization’s success. This is a unique opportunity for a financial leader looking to play a strategic role within the company while actively contributing to its performance, growth initiatives, and long-term evolution.

As the organization’s senior finance leader, you will act as a strategic business partner to management and shareholders while ensuring the sound financial management of the company. You will play a key role in supporting leadership with business decisions, growth initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts by providing rigorous financial analysis and value-added recommendations.

You will be responsible for all financial activities of the organization, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will ensure the quality, reliability, and relevance of financial information while maintaining strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and governance best practices. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, financial institutions, and various business partners.

A significant portion of the role will focus on management accounting and operational performance improvement. You will develop and enhance financial analysis tools that provide greater visibility into costs, margins, and profitability by business segment. You will work closely with operational teams to analyze cost structures, cost drivers, and key performance levers in order to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

You will actively participate in defining the company’s strategic direction as well as evaluating growth, investment, and acquisition opportunities. You will develop key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and management tools that improve performance monitoring and support decision-making across the organization.

Finally, you will play a central role in the transformation and modernization of the finance function. You will lead the implementation and optimization of a new ERP system, review financial and administrative processes, and support teams in adopting new practices. Your contribution will be instrumental in supporting the company’s growth, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
