You will oversee the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and procurement activities, while providing day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to the accounting team. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards, particularly with respect to revenue recognition and intercompany transactions, while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

You will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving internal controls to ensure compliance and the reliability of financial reporting. You will also oversee cash flow management and work closely with the Vice President of Finance to optimize the company's financial resources and liquidity. In addition, you will prepare documentation for external audits and serve as the primary finance contact for auditors and other key stakeholders.

Finally, you will play an important role in optimizing accounting and financial processes by leveraging the Acumatica ERP system. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows, process automation and the development of management tools and financial reporting that enhance operational efficiency and the quality of financial information.
