Description
If you’re looking to join a fast-growing SME in the services sector with a strong, structured environment, this is the opportunity for you! We’re seeking an analyst to join the company and report directly to the Finance Director — a strong communicator and the opposite of a micro-manager. The position is offered in a hybrid work mode.
In this role, you’ll actively contribute to improving and automating business processes to support organizational efficiency. You’ll also take part in various special projects, including those related to Business Intelligence (BI) and the opportunities offered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), helping implement innovative and high-performing solutions.
You’ll perform financial analyses, interpret results, and recommend concrete actions to improve profitability and create value for the company. You’ll also help develop dashboards and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring clear and strategic visibility into results.
Attention to detail and rigor will be essential as you validate financial system data and perform reasonableness tests to ensure accuracy. Finally, you’ll participate in the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results, as well as in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting exercises — playing an active role in the company’s financial planning and performance.
Profile
Candidate (CPA designation considered an asset) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, including experience in process automation. Proficient in Excel with advanced functionalities, you demonstrate a natural curiosity for management technologies, including ERP systems, Business Intelligence (BI) environments, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.
You stand out for your rigor, analytical skills, and attention to detail. Proactive and results-oriented, you show autonomy while collaborating effectively with team members. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, you bring a positive attitude, creativity, and a strong sense of discretion when handling confidential information.
