In this role, you will monitor and analyze the performance of portfolio companies to guide strategic decisions while developing performance indicators to assess financial health and identify growth opportunities.
You will prepare monthly and quarterly reviews for management, ensure long-term profitability and positive cash flow, and collaborate with M&A teams during due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
You will oversee all financial closing and reporting processes, ensure tax and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, and implement robust internal controls as well as optimization strategies.
You will also be responsible for implementing the NetSuite ERP and driving automation projects. Finally, you will play a key role in innovation by leading the adoption of AI and automation tools, identifying new financial technologies, and leveraging data analytics to support predictive financial modeling and strategic decision-making.
