Description

Bilingual manager with 9 years of experience in accounting and finance. He has applied his knowledge and expertise in both public accounting firms and industry. He has worked across manufacturing, construction, retail, finance, services, and other sectors. Passionate about business, he now helps companies leverage their financial and non-financial data to facilitate strategic decision-making while maintaining profitability.

Some of his key achievements include:

  1. Implementation of a cost accounting tool (manufacturing sector):
    With the help of consultants, he implemented a cost accounting tool from scratch. As a custom manufacturer, cost evaluation was complex (factory costs, measurement and installation costs, etc.). This project and the tool he developed enabled the creation of new pricing lists, evaluation of business unit profitability, and more rigorous cost management.

  2. Development of an Administrative Procedures Manual:
    To guide and clarify processes and policies for a team of over 40 people, he led (with a small core team) the creation of a manual covering all company policies and processes. This tool increased employee autonomy, reduced repetitive low-value questions, and allowed the team to focus on process improvement and high-value tasks.

  3. Implementation of a management KPI dashboard for a legal firm:
    He set up management indicators on Power BI for lawyers and notaries, providing them with a tool to track their performance and progress throughout the year. This tool gives professionals relevant real-time information, significantly reducing administrative workload since 95% of reporting needs are met by the dashboard, leaving only occasional specific analyses.
