She also brings extensive experience in transformation initiatives, including reducing monthly financial reporting time by 50% for one client and shortening the financial consolidation process by three days as part of a major transformation mandate.

Hourly rate: $180.

Description

Key Skills:

• Interim finance leadership and finance team support: quickly assuming financial responsibilities, supporting managers, and ensuring business continuity;

• Consolidation and financial reporting: multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, financial statements, cash flow reporting, intercompany transactions, and management reporting;

• FP&A and performance management: budgeting, forecasting, financial projections, variance analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and five-year plans;

• Finance optimization and transformation: process assessments, streamlining financial close processes, automation, reporting standardization, and strengthening internal controls;

• Finance business partnering: strong understanding of operational challenges and ability to translate business decisions into financial impacts;

• Special projects: due diligence, restructuring, acquisition integration, financial assessments, technology projects, and system implementations;

• Change management and knowledge transfer: process documentation, clarification of roles and responsibilities, team support, and management coaching;

• Systems: SAP, Oracle Hyperion Planning, Dynamics GP/Dynamics 365, McLeod Software, and QuickBooks.
