A bilingual, results-driven and detail-oriented consultant, this professional supports companies in their transformation projects, financial optimization, and change management. With over 12 years of experience in management control, corporate finance, and cost accounting, she primarily operates in manufacturing, industrial, and multi-site environments.

Through her structured and collaborative approach, she acts as a true right-hand partner to financial and operational leadership, delivering concrete solutions, effective management tools, and the ability to quickly mobilize teams.

Typical mandates

• Temporary takeover of the finance function (interim Controller/CFO)

• Enhancement, support, or establishment of the finance function

• Support for growth or post-acquisition integration

• Review or implementation of the budgeting process

• Design of financial and operational dashboards

• Optimization or implementation of cash management

• Setup or review of costing methods

• Execution and supervision of special projects (financing, audits, grants, etc.)

• Support during transitions to new systems (ERP, analytics tools)

• Evaluation and strengthening of internal controls

• Payroll process management and optimization

Currently, she is seeking consulting mandates within dynamic organizations, where she can continue leveraging her expertise in strategic finance and change management.

Rate expectation: $165/hour
